    With 25 years in finance across multiple industries Geoff takes the pain out of finance by combining senior capability with an ability to keep things simple.

    Formerly Finance Director for global tech giant SAS, Geoff has led international finance functions and delivered impactful commercial support to numerous board rooms.

    Through Mettryx, he works with growing SMEs to craft reporting, planning, analysis and strategies to support investment, exit and succession journeys.

    Geoff’s passion is for taking the complexity out of finance and is often heard stating that “the accountants do the black and white, we do the colouring in”.

    Over 20 years of experience spanning FP&A, international groups, and M&A preparation, Phil combines strategic insight with practical clarity.

    Previously International Finance Director at global firm InMoment, Phil delivered major finance transformation and exit readiness programmes across EMEA.

    Today, as Mettryx, he supports SMEs in building investor-grade reporting, scalable financial systems, and data-driven strategies. Passionate about demystifying finance for entrepreneurs, Phil is a keen advocate for financial storytelling.
